How do I return an item?

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that are not custom made within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in new, original condition, and accompanied by a copy of original receipt. If the return item purchase price is more than the exchange item purchase price, we will issue this difference as credit. A return shipping charge will apply for all exchanges, with the exception of defective items.

To exchange an item, please send the item via insured carrier. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address, and a brief note explaining which item you would like to exchange for. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Returns
